I have long been a follower of the Winter Olympics. I love the excitement felt through watching the different players strive hard to win for themselves and especially for their country. One of the most anticipated events is the cross country skiing competition. Due to its simplicity even people with physical activities can do it that is why it is also included in the Winter Paralympics Games. There are players who have cerebral palsy, amputations and visual and mental impairments. This makes cross country skiing even more inspiring plus it really is enjoyable. It is like distance running except that you do it on snow. To try it out, me and my friends headed to a wonderful ski experience. We stayed in a nearby lodge which is just a short drive away from Lake Tahoe. The place has a big area dedicated for skiers. It even has multiple tracks fitted for different skill levels. With their smooth tracks you can swerve your way up and down the area. You will surely take pleasure with the country resort and I think it is one of the largest that I have seen. It is a lot of fun to ski around and feel like an Olympic player.
