Users can set their status as well as leave notes for other colleages around the office. The status categories can be fully customized with your own in house terms and phrases. The system allows users to manually upload/enter their details or can hook directly into windows active directory for larger orgnizations. Nothing to install or download as system works via the internet.
The system can also be used to track availability of objects such as specialist tools or vehicles - this can save journey time as a person with their web enabled phone can simply see that item is available before leaving.
Free trial Demo system
The free trial works exactly the same as the paid system but does not offer the data encryption(ssl) modules or active directory intergration. The trial system has a minimium auto poll interval of five minutes. There are no adverts or other limitations to the trial system. The encrypted version costs $20 per month for every 50 active users, there are no other charges or hidden costs.
